Good service. Rug looks great in the kitchen. Doesn’t appear to slip. Too soon to make judgement on value for money, until we are how it wears.
My only negative comment is the actual description says it’s very but it is more of a camel colour.

Great rug, brilliant service!

Ordered on Wednesday afternoon and the rug arrived Friday morning and great tracking service. The rug is just as expected but an even better quality. It looks stunning and all for a very reasonable price. It has taken a while to flatten but is to expected after being rolled up. I did order the incorrect underlay for a hard floor instead of on carpet but the customer service was fantastic ordering me the other immediately. Can’t fault this company at all and thoroughly recommend the choice and quality of products and service.

Only complaint really was time processing online order as in ordered thinking as was before 1pm would arrive next day but took a day to process order so delivered later than anticipated and tracking feature would not work but good service, and value for money products so will use again

Value for money overall

Great rug and value for money with quick delivery. The only criticism is the packaging of the rug which was rolled too tightly to an extent leaving permanent folding marks on several places along the length of the rug.

Kitchen rugs.

The goods I received from Rug Traders are of very good quality, look lovely and are excellent value for money, but the colour I ordered was grey and the label on the back of the rugs says grey. However in my opinion they are more brown and my family agree with me. Sorry about that but please take a closer look because you could be misleading people.
