Covid-19 (Coronavirus)

During the current Covid-19 (Coronavirus) crisis, we are experiencing extremely high levels of demand. We are following all the government guidelines and taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safe wellbeing of our staff, customers and delivery partners. We are fulfilling all our customer orders, but at a slightly slower rate than normal and rather than the usual same day despatch, your order might take a day or two longer. We hope this will not inconvenience you too much and that you will understand the situation in the circumstances. We, like I’m sure you do, hope to return to normal as soon as possible but we will update you on our website, should the situation change further.

We will always strive to get your rug to you as soon as possible, but please note that delivery times can vary. All of the following delivery times exclude public holidays. If you would like your rug to be delivered outside of the following locations, please contact a member of our friendly team on 0845 3409 306.

Free Mainland UK Delivery Over £20

We offer free UK mainland delivery for all orders over £20. Orders under £20 are subject to a £6.95 delivery charge. If you Order before 1pm, we will dispatch your rug on the same day. After your order has been dispatched, you can expect to receive your rug the next working day between 9am – 5:30pm.

Northern Ireland

Rug Traders are able to deliver to Northern Ireland for £9.95. Order before 1pm, and we will dispatch your rug the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect to receive your rug within 7-10 working days. A member of our team will contact you for more delivery information.

Jersey and Guernsey

For orders to Jersey and Guernsey, we are able to deliver for £19.95. Order before 1pm, and we will dispatch your rug the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect to receive your rug within 7-10 working days. A member of our team will contact you for more delivery information.

UK Offshore Islands (Including Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and all Scottish Islands)

Rug Traders are able to deliver to UK offshore islands for £14.95. Order before 1pm, and we will dispatch your rug the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect to receive your rug within 5-7 working days. A member of our team will contact you for more delivery information.
