We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return any item purchased from us you may do so, at your own expense, provided it is in fully resaleable condition.
In accordance with the distance selling regulations, you must inform us either in writing or by email within 7 working days of receiving your order. We will then confirm acceptance of your return and we'll request the rug to be delivered back to us in a further 7 days.
Please package your goods securely and safely so that they return to us in a fully resaleable condition. Refunds can not be issued if goods are returned damaged or soiled.
Please ensure you enclose your customer order number, full name and delivery address within your return. Failure to do this will result in a delay in processing any refund.
